About The Role

Ping Identity’s Developer Platform team (internally known as DevTools) sits at the center of how our multitenant SaaS products are built, tested, promoted, and operated. We own critical parts of the engineering system that help product teams ship safely and quickly: CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, self-service platform capabilities, and AI-enabled engineering tooling.

This is a high-bar role for a hands-on technical leader who can drive transformational change across our developer platform, lead engineers, shape technical direction, and directly improve how software gets built and delivered.
