Inviting applications for the role of Service Delivery Leader, Order to Cash

In this role, the incumbent should possess deep domain expertise in end-to-end OTC processes, with a proven track record of managing high-volume collections and driving process efficiencies since this is a critical global role with a strong emphasis on OTC operations, particularly in Collections.

Responsibilities:
