Job Description: Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative communication solutions, which leverage CPaaS and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities:  Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality standards for our CPaaS and AI-based communication solutions.  Test Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for current and existing products, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and functionalities.  Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage. Maintain and enhance existing automation suites.  Bug Tracking and Resolution:



Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.  Performance Testing: Conduct performance and scalability testing to ensure our solutions can handle high volumes of traffic and user interactions.  Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that QA processes are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.  Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in QA processes and methodologies, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality.  Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning within the team.
