The Development Facilitator (Deputy Manager)
position sits on the Internal Facilitation Team (IFT) within Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) in Deloitte Growth & Development.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Learning Facilitation and Coaching on the Internal Facilitation Team (IFT) team, you will be responsible for:
Facilitate select courses within the Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential curricula and the broader Growth & Development curricula through Career Level 4.5
Facilitate internal courses focused on leadership and human potential
Facilitate the Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) program and other courses as assigned
Suggest course improvements to program managers based on facilitation experience
Coordinate with the program delivery team to ensure materials and logistics are optimized for course delivery
Onboard IFT and other facilitators through train-the-trainer sessions
