Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Development CoE team, you will be responsible for:
Collaborating with US and international stakeholders to identify business needs and define strategic learning initiatives
Designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions aligned with business outcomes
Leading learning program development and delivery in coordination with internal teams, facilitators,
and external vendors
Evaluating learning data and program results to identify insights and support continuous improvement
Managing stakeholder relationships, team development, and program operations, including budgets and forecasts
