Job Description

The Director Compensation & Benefits would be responsible for driving the Total Rewards strategy for EMEA. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing compensation and advantages programs that support business objectives, ensure market competitiveness, and deliver consistent employee experience. This position partners closely with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Global Rewards, and Talent teams to develop reward solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Your Impact:

Lead the Compensation & Benefits strategy aligned with global Total Rewards philosophy for EMEA.
Drive annual compensation processes including salary reviews, promotions, variable pay, bonus planning, and market adjustments.
Design and enhance compensation structures, salary ranges, job architecture, and pay governance.
Conduct market benchmarking using leading compensation surveys and external market intelligence to ensure competitive positioning.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on compensation recommendations for hiring, promotions,



retention, and critical talent.
Develop and administer executive compensation and incentive programs where applicable.
Review and optimize employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, employee value, and cost effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations, internal governance, and compensation policies.
Build compensation models, financial impact analyses, and executive presentations to support reward decisions.
Lead compensation-related projects including harmonization initiatives, policy redesign, and organizational changes.
Collaborate with Global Rewards teams to localize global programs.
Provide strategic guidance on pay equity, rewards governance, and emerging market trends.
Lead, coach, and develop the Compensation & Benefits team.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

13–18 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
