Role Description

The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Agartala. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with colleges, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach and meetings, presenting SPARKIIT’s training and mentorship offerings,



managing client accounts, and following up to convert prospects into long-term partnerships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to growth strategies that expand SPARKIIT’s presence and impact.

Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to maintain and grow strategic relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or related sectors.
Ability to work on-site in Agartala, travel locally as needed, and manage time and priorities effectively.
