2. Manage and supervise quality control processes across all GUs within the
cluster (JGU, AGU, BGU & UGU).
3. Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for raw materials,
intermediates, and finished products.
4. Support plant team to explore alternate material to reduce the cement cost.
5. Oversee real-time monitoring of production processes to maintain product
quality and consistency.
6. Identify and address process inefficiencies, optimizing blending, grinding,
and additive usage.
7. Lead and coordinate with QC teams across multiple units, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals.
8. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge
of the QC teams.
9. Ensures that organization’s quality rules and best practices are followed by
plants and compliance with regulatory
requirements and industry standards.
10. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve




quality-related customer complaints.
11. Ensure prompt action and communication to maintain customer trust and
satisfaction.
12. Analyze quality data from different units to identify trends, deviations,
and areas of improvement.
13. Provide periodic reports on quality performance to senior management,
highlighting successes and corrective
actions.
14. Organizing monthly PQM & Quality meetings.
15. Prepare for and lead internal and external audits related to quality systems
and certifications.
16. Follow and support Implementation corrective actions based on audit findings
and recommendations.
17. Benchmarks quality performance.
18. Contributes to define the specifications and coordinate the industrial scale
production of new product and
application.

1. Minimum Degree: Post Graduation in Science
2. Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum
12+ years’ experience in QC/QA activities
