The proposed Site Surveyor shall possess the following skills and competencies:
Site surveying, including taking measurements for scaffolding works
Levelling, alignment, and measurement
Preparation of civil drawing based on survey data
Coordination with site engineers, consultants, and design team during final site survey
Preparation of Scheme drawing, detailed design drawings and calculations
Development of shop drawings
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, Sketchup, 3D MAX or other relevant tools
Coordination with site engineers, surveyors, Architects, consultants, and project
management teams.
Review and compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards
Design optimization and value engineering, where ever applicable.
Product / Design Exposure
Experience in exterior products / designs, including but not limited to:
Façade systems
ACP sheets
HPL
Fundermax
Other exterior and interior components.
