Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Unicon’s crane and material handling solutions within the assigned region. This role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and building long-term relationships with industrial clients across sectors such as power, steel, automotive, and engineering. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct site visits, understand technical and operational requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure customized solutions meet customer needs. Day-to-day activities include achieving sales targets, forecasting and reporting regional performance, monitoring competitors and market trends, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings. The role also requires close coordination with service and installation teams to support after-sales service, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
