As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Advisory Service Delivery Centre. This role involves working closely with clients to provide premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capabilities. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution, and contribute to the success of client engagements.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts,
focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
