About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director – Client Acquisition & Enterprise Sales to lead our business growth initiatives within the US Staffing industry. This is a strategic leadership role focused on acquiring new Enterprise, MSP, VMS, and Direct Clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients, and expanding enterprise accounts through strategic sales initiatives. This role is designed for professionals with extensive experience in new client acquisition, enterprise sales, and business development, with demonstrated success in securing MSP, VMS, and Direct Client partnerships within the US Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Strategic Client Acquisition
Develop and execute a comprehensive client acquisition strategy to expand the organization's presence across the US Staffing market. Identify, engage, and convert new Enterprise, MSP, VMS, and Direct Clients while creating a strong pipeline of high-value business opportunities that contribute to long-term revenue growth.

Generate New Business Opportunities
Take ownership of the complete business development lifecycle by identifying prospective clients, initiating conversations, conducting discovery meetings, understanding workforce requirements, presenting staffing solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing new business opportunities.
