The team delivers impact through strategic advisory and implementation services in the areas of Connected Physical Products, Digital Engineering, Product Development Excellence, Digital Manufacturing and Manufacturing Excellence - enabling organizations to design, develop, manufacture, and optimize products more efficiently across the entire product lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with Mechanical Engineering background to join our Connected Products Team, responsible for the design, development, validation, and launch of innovative connected hardware products across product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in mechanical product development, consumer electronics, IoT devices, smart products, and high-volume manufacturing.

Position Requirements





Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in one or more of the following areas

Product Design & Engineering

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for connected products from concept through production.
Create and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and product documentation.
Drive design reviews, tolerance analyses, and engineering change management.
Proven skills in product design, material selection, and tolerance analysis.
Deep knowledge in one or more of the following: advanced surfacing, plastic injection molding, castings, sheet metal design, additive manufacturing, rechargeable battery integration, mechanisms, IP-rated designs, tooling, audio systems, sensors, and cameras.
Expertise with one or more CAD platforms (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, Creo).
Adept in engineering simulation and analysis methods, including structural, thermal, v
