Role: Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is responsible for underwriting new investments, managing development budgets, supporting acquisition and disposition closings, and delivering asset management reporting to drive strategic real estate decisions through in-depth analysis. Job Duties:
Underwriting




● Lead underwriting and valuation analysis of prospective acquisitions and investment opportunities.
● Prepare business plans, proformas, and financial forecasts for prospective deals, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
● Support due diligence on prospective transactions, including market and comparable analysis.
Transactions
● Support financial closing on acquisitions, including closing statements, sources and uses, funds flow, and coordination with counsel, title, and lenders.
● Support disposition analysis and closing coordination for asset sales, including buyer due diligence requests and closing financials.
Development budgets
● Build and maintain budgets and financial forecasts for active development projects, including cost-to-complete projections.
