Role Description The Accounting & Finance Manager at NEAT India will oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. This full-time, in office role based in Mumbai involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,



managing budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow to support business decisions. The manager will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, coordinating with auditors, banks, and other external partners as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, preparing MIS reports for leadership, managing cost control initiatives, and supporting pricing strategies for NEAT’s meal services and hospitality offerings. The role also involves improving financial processes, implementing systems for accuracy and efficiency, and collaborating with operations and management teams to align financial planning with business growth.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management, with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and reconciliation.
