Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager,



Leases and Fixed Assets to lead lease accounting, lease administration, accounting, fixed asset accounting, close governance, controls, reporting, and process improvement activities for a global finance environment. This role will serve as a key liaison across Finance, Real Estate, Legal, FP&A;, Capital Management, Lease Administration, Procurement, and internal/external audit teams to ensure accurate accounting, strong compliance, timely reporting, and scalable service delivery.

This role requires a solid technical accounting foundation, practical experience in lease and fixed asset processes, and the ability to manage operational delivery in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will combine accounting expertise, control mindset, stakeholder management, and transformation focus to support the evolving global structure, including ERP+, CoStar, SAP/S4HANA, and shared services ways of working.
