Job PurposeRole Objective

Drive business growth by acquiring and managing relationships with SMEs, business owners, and entrepreneurs through a consultative sales approach. The role is responsible for understanding business risks, succession planning, and financial protection needs, and recommending customized business life insurance solutions that safeguard the continuity and financial stability of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and develop relationships with SMEs, business owners, and entrepreneurs to expand the Business Life Insurance portfolio.
Conduct detailed need analysis to understand the customer's business structure, financial liabilities, succession plans, and protection requirements.
Provide consultative advice on Business Life Insurance solutions such as Key Person Insurance, Partnership Insurance, Loan Protection, and Business Continuity Planning.
Identify opportunities through networking, referrals, channel partnerships, and market mapping.
Build long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for their business protection needs.




Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, operations, and sales support teams, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and servicing.
Stay updated on taxation, business regulations, and industry trends to provide relevant financial solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes while delivering superior customer experience.
Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining high standards of customer engagement and persistency.

Candidate Profile

Solid understanding of taxation, business laws, and financial planning concepts relevant to business owners.
Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, and business development skills.
Ability to understand business financials and recommend appropriate protection solutions.
