The role

We’re adding a second senior voice to our design team. You’ll work alongside our Principal Graphic Designer, who sets the overall standard, and take real ownership of the work that shouldn’t have to wait for his review — with the authority to direct it, unblock other designers on it, and hold the quality bar yourself.

Roughly 70% of this role is static design and 30% is motion and video.



Your primary charter within the static work is digital and paid marketing creative — LinkedIn ads above all, which you’ll own outright — plus website design, sales enablement assets, and campaign systems. The motion work runs two ways: minor pieces you build yourself in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and major pieces our motion designers build that you art-direct and elevate.

We also want you to bring an aesthetic we don’t already have. If you join and simply match our existing style, we’ve hired the wrong person. We’re looking for a sharply current point of view and someone who will argue for pulling our work forward.

Partner with performance marketing on creative testing: hypotheses, variant systems, and reading what the numbers say is working.
