Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Strong business acumen along with past experience of handling events.
Proper know-how of making PowerPoint presentations to create pitch presentations based on project requirements.
Manage and coordinate with entire team of respective project.
Maintaining and drawing up timelines for projects.
One point of contact to the client and conference team.
Weekly reports to be submitted to Team Leaders.
Handle pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
Weekly feedback to Organizing Committee of each event.
Planning and preparing an event checklist based on the elements finalized by the client.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
