Mandatory Criteria

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in event management, advertising, hospitality, media, or B2B services industry is preferred.
