The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable education counselor with a solid sales background to help international students select the best schools and programs suited to their goals. Your job is to help international students pursue their education dreams abroad. You will do this by providing personalized service to international students through the likes of phone, email, WhatsApp, our CRM, and other communication applications and tools. This is a high-performance,



individual contributor role with the primary goal of achieving ambitious student enrolment goals.
What you'll be doing everyday:
Advising Students: Using your strong sales skills to provide tailored advice to international students on suitable schools and programs based on their academic history, career goals, and admission probabilities.
Application Guidance: Assist students in understanding and navigating the application process, including gathering required documents (e.g., transcripts, language tests, resumes, statement of purpose), understanding deadlines, and next steps along the way.
Communication: Engage with students via phone, live chat, and email to answer queries, provide updates, and offer support throughout the application process.
User Feedback: Identify and report students' needs and challenges.
What you bring to the table:
Previous experience in sales, academic advising, international
