Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct site visits, prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with project and design teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and delivered.



Daily activities include updating CRM records, tracking sales performance, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership. The role also requires participation in industry events and local networking to strengthen the company’s presence and build a robust pipeline.
Qualifications

Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with experience in high-value or real estate/construction projects.
Client relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to present proposals and explain technical concepts clearly.
Market research and business development capabilities to identify new opportunities and understand local market dynamics.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to manage the sales process and reporting.
