Proven ability to design and deliver high quality, research informed teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, particularly in accounting and finance related subjects. Established research trajectory in finance and / or accounting or a closely related area. Experience contributing to curriculum development and programme enhancement, ensuring alignment with academic standards and evolving industry needs. Demonstrated potential for academic leadership, including involvement in course coordination, student mentoring, and participation in departmental committees or planning.
