About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing AdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, generating high-quality sales opportunities, and supporting the Account Executives in driving revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
· Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales outreach channels.
· Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit.
· Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
· Understand the company's AdTech solutions and communicate their value proposition effectively.
· Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.




· Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
· Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.
· Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation.
Required Qualifications
· 12th + Experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 1–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
· Experience selling SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or Technology solutions is preferred.
· Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication.
· Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
