Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and monthly safety meetings with contractors on site.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client regulations through regular audits and inspections.

- Identify hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks during pre-commissioning activities.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of EHS procedures for electrical engineering projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of HSE practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related field (Electricals & Electronics).

- Robust knowledge of EHS/HSE principles and regulations (NEBOSH certification preferred).

- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, developing control plans, and implementing corrective actions.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
