We're Hiring | Technical Safety Engineer | UAE | Oil & Gas Projects
We are seeking an experienced Technical Safety Engineer for a major Oil & Gas Project in UAE. The candidate will serve as the focal point for all Technical Safety activities, coordinating with Engineering Contractors, HSE Consultants, Project Teams, and Operations to ensure compliance with project and regulatory safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review Technical Safety studies including HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, FERA, SIL, EERA, and related reports.
✅ Coordinate with Engineering Contractors, HSE Consultants, Project Teams, and Operations.
✅ Review engineering deliverables including Plot Plans, P&IDs;, layouts, Fire & Gas systems, and safety-related drawings.
✅ Participate in Design Reviews, PHSERs, SIMOPS, Constructability Reviews, and PSSR activities.
✅ Ensure compliance with Company, ADNOC,
and international Technical Safety standards.
✅ Track and close Technical Safety actions, recommendations, and deviations.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
? 8–12 years of Oil & Gas project experience.
? Strong expertise in Technical Safety and Process Safety studies.
? Experience in FEED and EPC projects is essential.
? ADNOC project experience is preferred.
? Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and technical review skills.
