- Forecasting future volumes and handle times to arrive at a capacity plan
- Would constantly monitor, track, document and communicate real time floor activities in terms of adherence to process defined Aux/ Wrap/ Breaks & Shifts.
- Real time queue monitoring (RTQM)
- Create rosters to meet the forecasted demand / SL objectives
- Identify call volume trends and average on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal basis
- Understand capacity calculation and Data Modelling
- Forecast and proactively identify SL / staffing gaps
- Knowledge of Genesys Dialer
