We're hiring an RSVP & Guest Relations Executive to join our destination wedding team!
Location - Hybrid + Involve travelling during Events

What you'll do
? Own the master guest list — RSVPs, travel prefs, dietary needs, Ids Collection and room allocation
? Communicate with guests via call/WhatsApp/email for invites & reminders
? Assist guest with check in , check out, coordination for weddings
? Coordinate guest travel/accommodation queries with hotels & vendors
? Handle special requests (accessibility, plus-ones,
dietary)
? Support on-ground guest check-in during weddings
What we're looking for
✅ 1–3 yrs in hospitality, events, or client servicing ( People from Hotel management can also apply)
✅ Excellent communication (Hindi + English)
✅ Sharp with spreadsheets/CRM, high attention to detail - Must know how to maintain an excel sheet
✅ Calm, polished, and comfortable with HNI/NRI clientele
✅ Open to travel for on-site events
