Job Title: RPO IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced RPO IT Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment under the RPO model , managing multiple client requirements and delivering quality hires within defined timelines. Similar RPO roles in the market emphasize strong sourcing, stakeholder management, ATS usage, and full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring SLAs and TAT.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment reports.

Mandatory Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment with RPO experience .
- Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment MIS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred

- Experience hiring for niche IT skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, AI, SAP, etc.).
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.
