Role Overview

As a Robotics Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the embedded control systems, robotics software, perception stack, and autonomous capabilities that power Devadros' next-generation robotic products. You will contribute to the development of our proprietary robotics controller platform, software framework, and intelligent robotic systems, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to transform innovative concepts into reliable commercial products.

Good to have:

- 1–3 years of experience in robotics, embedded systems, or autonomous systems development.
- Strong proficiency in C/C and Python.
- Experience with ROS2 and Linux-based robotic development.
- Solid understanding of robot kinematics, motion planning, and control systems.
- Experience developing firmware for STM32, ESP32, ARM Cortex-M, or similar embedded platforms.
- Experience integrating actuators, motor drivers, encoders, IMUs, cameras, LiDAR, and other robotic sensors.
- Knowledge of communication protocols including CAN/CAN FD, RS-485, UART, SPI, I²C, Ethernet, and USB.
- Experience with computer vision using OpenCV, stereo vision, depth cameras, or sensor fusion techniques.
- Familiarity with real-time systems, embedded Linux, or FreeRTOS.
- Experience integrating robotic hardware with software through hardware abstraction layers (HAL)



and device drivers.
- Understanding of robotic software architecture, modular system design, and middleware development.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, debugging tools, CI/CD workflows, and software testing.
- Exposure to NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, MoveIt 2, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or AI deployment on embedded platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and system integration skills with the ability to work across hardware and software domains.
- Passion for developing commercial robotics products and solving complex multidisciplinary engineering challenges.
