Key Responsibilities

- Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain existing robotic systems.
- Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of all robotic installations.
- Install, test, calibrate, and commission newly purchased robots.
- Diagnose faults in motors, actuators, sensors, controllers, and robotic hardware.
- Work on electronic circuits, wiring, power supplies, and control panels.
- Program, configure, and fine-tune robotic systems.
- Perform routine inspections and ensure maximum system uptime.
- Maintain maintenance logs, documentation, and service reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical support and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Robotics, Mechatronics, or Automation Systems.
- Hands-on experience with motors, actuators, sensors, encoders, servo systems, and robotic controllers .
- Good understanding of electronic circuits, PCB troubleshooting, electrical wiring, and power electronics .




- Experience with PLC programming , Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or industrial controllers.
- Familiarity with C/C++, Python, ROS (Robot Operating System) , or embedded programming.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, RS485, UART, SPI, or I2C .
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Basic mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site and respond to maintenance requirements when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working with industrial, educational, or service robots is an advantage.
