Role Description The RM – Banca Life role at HDFC Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Shivpuri. The role involves managing and growing life insurance business through bancassurance channels, working closely with partner branch staff to drive sales and achieve assigned targets.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, offering suitable life insurance solutions, conducting product presentations, and ensuring seamless policy issuance and service.



The role also requires regular tracking of performance metrics, maintaining strong relationships with bank stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines. The RM will contribute to local market development activities and provide timely feedback to management on customer trends and competition.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development abilities, with experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
- Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with bancassurance partners and engage with customers.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products, financial planning concepts, and market dynamics; willingness to learn and upskill.
- Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in insurance or finance are an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under defined targets and timelines.
- Comfort with on-site branch operations in Shivpuri, including regular customer and partner interaction.
- Ethical conduct, adherence to regulatory requirements, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
