About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager (IT/OT Security) to lead cybersecurity risk management initiatives across enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity risk assessment, governance, and risk mitigation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the organization's overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IT & OT security risk assessments and maintain the Risk Register.
- Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across enterprise environments.
- Utilize asset criticality and dependency information to support risk scoring and prioritization.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.




- Perform quarterly risk assessments and ensure compliance with organizational risk processes.
- Support incident management activities, including root cause and impact analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across risk and service management processes.
- Present risk posture, mitigation progress, and key metrics to leadership.

Experience

- 5+ years in IT Infrastructure Management
- 3–5 years in IT/OT Security or Risk Management

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
