About the Role

Ridhab Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to independently manage the Human Resources function. The role is primarily focused on talent acquisition while overseeing key HR operations, including payroll coordination, statutory compliance, leave and attendance management, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building HR processes, supporting business growth, and creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

-Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

-Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.

-Source, screen, interview, and coordinate the hiring process.

-Manage candidate experience from application to onboarding.

HR Operations

-Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.

-Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

-Maintain employee records, HR policies, and documentation.

-Manage onboarding, confirmations, appraisals, and exit formalities.





-Address employee relations and HR-related queries.

Employee Engagement

-Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

-Support performance management and learning & development activities.

-Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

-MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

-3 to 6 years of experience in HR with strong expertise in recruitment and HR operations.

Skills Required

-Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.

-Knowledge of payroll, HRMS, statutory compliance, and Indian labour laws.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

-Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

-Ability to work independently and take ownership of the HR function.
