? We’re hiring: Incent Operations & Account Manager
Skylup is looking for a detail-obsessed person, a real DETAIL PSYCHO , who is highly organized, exact, and independent to join our rewarded traffic team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys making sure every campaign is launched and managed correctly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Launching CPI, CPA, and CPE rewarded offers, this will be the majority of the job
- Verifying tracking links, events, payouts, caps, geos, devices, and campaign requirements
- Managing a portfolio of smaller advertiser accounts
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying issues
- Keeping internal sheets and campaign information updated
- Coordinating with advertisers, publishers, and the rest of the Skylup team
- Making sure offers are launched quickly, accurately, and without mistakes
We’re looking for someone who :
- Has some experience in affiliate marketing, ad networks, offerwalls, or mobile performance marketing
- Understands, or is willing to learn, tracking platforms, conversion events, caps, attribution,
and campaign restrictions
- Is extremely detail-oriented and organized, this is CRITICAL
- Can work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Communicates clearly and follows up consistently
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
You do not need years of experience for this position.
