Prismatica Health is hiring RCM Associates for our US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team. This role involves medical billing, denial management,
AR follow-up, and payment posting for US-based clients.
Freshers with fluent, confident spoken English are welcome to apply — we provide full training on US RCM processes and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Charge entry, CPT/ICD-10 coding review, and claim submission
- Denial triage, appeals, and payer follow-up
- AR calling and aging follow-up with US payers
- ERA/EOB payment posting and reconciliation
- Maintain accuracy in weekly KPI, denial, and AR reporting
Requirements:
- Fluent, confident spoken English for direct communication with US payers
- Freshers welcome; prior US healthcare RCM experience is a plus but not required
- Solid attention to detail and ownership of assigned work
- Comfortable working within HIPAA and data-security standards
- Must be willing to work from our Ahmedabad office
