Job Summary

Lead and oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, ensuring effective patient financial services, billing, accounts receivable, denial management, compliance, and revenue optimization. Drive operational excellence through team leadership, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and regulatory compliance while achieving quality, productivity, and financial performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RCM operations, including patient access, insurance verification, billing, AR follow-up, denial management, payment posting, collections, and financial counseling.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams by setting performance goals, coaching employees, conducting quality reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations,



organizational policies, and SOX requirements.
- Oversee complex patient accounts, escalations, billing inquiries, coverage validation, and dispute resolution to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Drive process improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, automation, system enhancements, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, IT, clinicians, and leadership to improve revenue cycle performance and patient financial experience.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, regulatory reporting, audits, and training programs to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Lead projects, implement new systems and process changes, and support organizational initiatives to improve revenue capture, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow.
