We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter who can independently source, screen, coordinate and close recruitment requirements for the Life Insurance and General Insurance industries.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum one year of experience in Life Insurance or General Insurance recruitment
- Recruitment consultancy or staffing-company experience will be preferred
- Valuable understanding of insurance positions, distribution channels and designations
- Strong hands-on sourcing experience through job portals, databases, references and professional networks
- Ability to screen candidates for relevant experience, stability, location, current CTC and expected CTC
- Strong candidate follow-up and joining-conversion capabilities
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently from home
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and maintaining regular MIS
- Candidates must be based in Kolkata
- Must have a personal laptop/computer, mobile phone and reliable internet connection
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Life Insurance and General Insurance positions
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, internal databases, references and other channels
- Screen candidates according to the clients experience, location, channel and compensation requirements
- Explain job opportunities clearly and confirm candidate interest
- Submit suitable and properly screened profiles
- Coordinate interviews and regularly follow up with candidates
- Collect interview feedback and update candidate status
- Follow up with selected candidates during the offer and joining process
- Maintain regular engagement with candidates until they join
- Achieve monthly interview, joining and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS
- Ensure that candidate information is complete and updated
- Maintain complete confidentiality of candidate and client information
- Coordinate regularly with the RBG HR recruitment and operations team

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Fixed monthly compensation: 10,000
- Revenue sharing: %0% of eligible recruitment revenue generated through successful placements
- Revenue sharing will be payable after the corresponding payment is received from the client
