Position: Team Leader – Retail

Qualifications

- 12th Pass or Graduate

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the retail industry.

Key Skills

- Strong people management and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a retail team.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.





- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high store standards.

- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Maintain attendance, productivity, and team discipline.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth store operations.

- Conduct team briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

- Ensure timely submission of reports using Google Forms, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Drive team engagement and create a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
