We are looking for a agile and data-driven Assistant Manager – CRM (Retention & Repeat) to drive customer retention, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value. This role focuses on leveraging data, personalization, and omnichannel engagement strategies to build meaningful relationships with customers and enhance conversion across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the CRM and retention strategy across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and SMS channels.
- Design and implement personalized customer journeys based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stages, and insights.
- Integrate online and offline customer data to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.
- Analyze customer data to monitor retention, churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and funnel performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve repeat purchases and customer engagement through targeted campaigns.
- Generate and present actionable insights and performance reports using tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Firebase.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to optimize CRM campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
