Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive in-store experience.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and leadership.

- Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee operations, staffing, inventory, and merchandising.

- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to minimize shrinkage and maintain compliance with store policies.

- Relevant experience in retail store supervision or management, preferably in a high-volume environment.

- Ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and implement action plans to improve performance.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

- Comfort with basic retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) tools; familiarity with reporting and inventory software is an advantage.

- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

- Must have a qualification in M.Com or MBA.

- Atleaset 2+ year of exp in retail sector
