Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role located in Jaunpur.
The Retail
Salesperson will greet customers, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting suitable products. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features and benefits, maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and keeping the store clean and organized. The role also involves answering customer questions, managing returns or exchanges in line with store policies, and supporting inventory activities such as stock checks and replenishment.

Salesperson will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a welcoming, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and close customer purchases.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and resolve inquiries or concerns.
Solid Product Knowledge with the ability to learn and explain features, uses, and benefits clearly.
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, including use of point-of-sale systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine store tasks such as stocking and organizing merchandise.
Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Secondary school education or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail operations is an advantage.
