Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Explain product features, offers, and perks to customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain positive customer relationships and follow-ups
- Support billing and store operations when required
- Keep updated on latest products and promotions
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior retail/mobile sales experience is an added advantage
