Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide product demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and value-added services.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Minimum (Graduate preferred).
- 13 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Versatile to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
