About the Role

Growfitz Wellness Mart is looking for energetic, customer-centric, and proactive Retail Sales Executives. In this role, you will represent the brand, engage directly with customers, guide them on health and wellness products, drive store sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Welcome and greet walk-in customers warmly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health, wellness, and organic products.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Store & Stock Maintenance:
- Keep product shelves neat, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
- Monitor stock levels, check product expiry dates, and report low stock to the Store Manager.
- Ensure store cleanliness and follow visual merchandising standards.
- Billing & Counter Operations:
- Handle customer checkout and POS billing accurately (Cash, UPI,



Credit/Debit cards).
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Customer Feedback & Support:
- Address basic customer queries and complaints professionally or escalate them to the Store Manager as needed.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in retail sales, supermarket, FMCG, or customer service (Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply).
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & basic conversational English).
- Friendly, polite, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer / POS billing software knowledge is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and active on the sales floor.
