About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Resume & LinkedIn Writer who can create compelling career documents that help professionals secure interviews. You will work closely with clients to understand their experience, position their achievements effectively, and tailor their resumes for specific job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Write ATS-friendly resumes for professionals across different industries and experience levels.
- Tailor resumes for specific job descriptions by aligning content, keywords, skills, and achievements with the target role.
- Customize resumes as and when required based on client feedback, recruiter inputs, or changing job requirements.
- Create impactful LinkedIn profiles that improve visibility and attract recruiters.
- Write personalized cover letters aligned with the target role and company.
- Conduct client consultations to understand career history, accomplishments, and career goals.
- Research industry trends and optimize career documents using relevant keywords and best practices.
- Ensure all documents are professionally written, error-free,
and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with career coaches and job search specialists to support clients throughout their job search journey.
- Maintain document quality, consistency, and confidentiality of client information.
Requirements
- Excellent written English with exceptional grammar and attention to detail.
- Experience in resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, recruitment, HR, or content writing.
- Strong understanding of ATS optimization and recruiter expectations.
- Ability to translate career achievements into compelling, results-oriented content.
- Experience tailoring resumes for multiple job applications and industries.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Experience using AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
