Department: Finance

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for various

stakeholders including management and departmental heads.

Collect, validate, and organize financial and operational data from different

departments for reporting purposes.

Perform basic data analysis to identify key performance trends, variances, and

insights to support business decisions.

Support the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and performance

summaries for retail operations.

Assist in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of financial and operational

data within MIS systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and alignment

with financial objectives.

Support the implementation and enhancement of current reporting tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Contribute to the automation of reporting processes and data visualization initiatives.
Provide analytical support during budgeting, forecasting,



and variance analysis

exercises.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting

standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 year of experience in retail or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and retail

performance metrics.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting tools.
Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Effective communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
Experience with data automation or SQL-based data extraction will be an added

advantage.
