About the Role:
The Internal Communications & Content Specialist is responsible for executing marketing and communication initiatives that strengthen the company's brand presence, support business development, and enhance employee engagement. This role focuses on the day-to-day execution of digital marketing, internal communications, website management, social media, and content publishing.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Innovation, Talent ,
and business leaders, the specialist coordinates the creation, organization, and publication of marketing and communication assets across multiple channels, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Content Management
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business priorities.
Manage day-to-day execution of the company's social media channels, including scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.
Coordinate the publication of marketing materials, customer success stories, case studies, thought leadership articles, videos, and other digital assets.
Organize and maintain the marketing content repository to ensure materials are easily accessible and up to date.
Support Sales by publishing and maintaining sales enablement materials.
