About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Robust Technical Lead – Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend technologies, React.js frontend development, AWS cloud services, and microservices architecture. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack applications using Python (Fast API, Flask, Django) and React.js.
Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices-based and cloud-native solutions.
Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to support business applications.
Build and deploy solutions on AWS cloud using services such as EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.




Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solution roadmaps.
Conduct code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Mentor and guide development teams, providing technical leadership and support.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize application performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery.
