Job Purpose:



This role is responsible for tracking and managing the annual overhaul schedule, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and managing all aspects of project execution, including coordination with maintenance departments for maintenance activities. Additionally, this role is responsible for monitoring site activities, managing maintenance databases, and ensuring the plant's preparedness for seasonal challenges, while ensuring adherence to budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead Long - term/Short-term Planning

Overhaul Coordination And Project Management

Develop and manage the annual overhaul schedule, based on the scope and planning align with strategic objectives.

Develop long-term and short-term plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and rolling plans and execute the pre-overhaul process, adhering to SOPs.

Manage the permit-to-work (PTW) system in SAP, including defect notification resolution.
